New Lens And 1K poorer.!!!

Hi there everyone!! So today i made myself a present and bought the Canon 17-40mm F/4 L. One week ago i had bought the Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 but wasn't very satisfied with it, probably got a bad copy or something because it's suppose to be a tack sharp lens , anyway... i returned it to the store today and went for the 17-40 L instead. Boy it's Incredible!!The focus is very quick and VERY silent compared to the "bee like" focus that the tamron offers. I don't regret my choice!!! now i just need to find some time to try it out soon.
